Return & Exchange Policy


Shipping and Returns

1. Shipping:
- Expect domestic orders in 5-7 working days.
- Multiple items may arrive separately.
- Unforeseen delays are rare but possible; we'll keep you informed.

2. Exchanges:
- Eligible items only: unused, with tags, in original packaging.
- Grooming products are not returnable.
- Exchange can be chosen within 7 days post the delivery of the product.
- A new item will be sent after a warehouse quality check.

3. Returns:

-Only Damaged or Wrong items can be returned.
- Notify within 7 days of purchase.
- Keep items in the original condition with tags; no returns for used products.

4. Refunds:

- Refunds Only Applicable on Damaged or wrong item received. For Other Reasons Store Credit will be issued.
- Processed via the original payment method in 5-7 days.
